All donations support the Icelandic Roots mission to educate and preserve Icelandic culture, language and history. Each year Icelandic Roots awards grants to Icelandic organizations and scholarships to young people for Icelandic camp, university study of Icelandic, or Snorri cultural exchange.

We all stopped in Mountain for the big celebration then put on many miles working to make it a good weekend for our guests. We ended the weekend with a ponnokur party to celebrate.. Now we'll get back on the road .
