Jacob’s Norwich to York Mission

Jacob is going to walk, cycle and scoot the distance from his Grandad Clarke’s house to York Train Museum (a place they love visiting together) to raise funds for NNUH Weybourne Centre who have been supporting his Grandad with his palliative Chemo treatment.
