Mind in Mid Herts is an independent local mental health charity in Hertfordshire. Although we are affiliated with National Mind we are financially independent and depend on our local community to help us support the growing need of people who are in need of our support.
Mind in Mid Herts ensures that finances are not a barrier to access support and offer a variety of services to suit a variety of needs including: counselling, social groups such as art and craft, physical activity groups, 1-1 support, vocational support and mental health training and workshops.
All fundraising support goes back into supporting the Hertfordshire community. During Coronavirus we have adapted our services to continue to support the people who need our services. We have invested in online groups, telephone support and online mental health workshops to keep people well during this difficult time.
