This year Kenya Thriving is celebrating its 10th anniversary and we would like as many people as possible to celebrate with us.
We are excited to offer an opportunity to achieve something truly amazing, whilst doing what you love and encouraging others all at the same time. So … why not join us on our virtual 10,000km journey from Bristol to Otacho Christian Children’s Home in Kenya and help us to raise £25,000 which will allow ten children to attend Secondary School for four years? The impact of education for each child will gift him/her the opportunity and inspiration to thrive.
This event can be done individually or as part of a team; in your own time and by setting your own pace and targets. You can walk, run or cycle. Kilometres completed are simply added to the app manually or via your usual fitness app i.e. Strava/Apple Health/Garmin and collectively accrued.
The event will take place over 3 months starting on 14th February and ending on 14th May, just in time for the start of the next Kenyan school year.
